• Our Standard Business Days are Monday to Friday excluding state and national holidays.
• Our standard business hours are 7:30-4:30pm.
• All other trademarks, brand names and product names are the property of their respective owners.
• If Insurance require a vehicle to be reviewed by an employee of T&R’s Prestige Accident Repairs before approval please note there will be a requirement for you to come in still.
• Please be aware of if there is additional damage to your vehicle to ensure its full return to health there may be additional charges applied.
• We reserve the right to charge a 1.5% surcharge on all credit facilities.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• All freight is charged to the client.
• Goods once fitted or if ordered interstate or internationally cannot be returned.
• Please note that the Smash Repairs Process Page is of a general nature and each motor vehicle is processed according to its unique damage and vehicle type.
